Hidden Valley is a 12,000 sf retail shell with 5 different tenants, including a pizza restaurant, chinese eatery, hair salon and retail spaces.  Construction was steel and masonry with a membrane roof system. The building facade is EIFS, split face CMU, stone veneer and storefront.
