Sahara Builds Four Automobile Dealerships Totaling $19 Million in the West Valley

Tempe, AZ (April 20, 2005) -- As the West Valley continues in its building boom, Sahara Inc. recently completed providing full construction services for Saturn of Avondale and Avondale Hyundai while currently working on Integrity Infiniti and Arrowhead Lexus. These four projects, totaling over $19 million and 172,000 square feet, represent completed and current new automobile dealership construction for Sahara Inc. over the last six months.

Both Saturn of Avondale and Avondale Hyundai were delivered on a fast-track schedule and both were completed ahead of schedule. Integrity Infinity, a three-story structure that features a helicopter pad and a two-story structure on top of the showroom will be completed in Fall 2005. Construction has just begun on Arrowhead Lexus in Peoria, a state-of-the-art facility that will be, upon its completion, the largest Lexus automobile dealership in the state of Arizona.

Avondale Hyundai General Manager Mike Fuhs had a very positive experience working with Sahara Inc. describing the construction process of this dealership as “flowing smooth from start to finish.” The presentation that this facility makes to the customer has had an incredible impact on his success. “This is the most incredible and largest facility making us the number one Hyundai dealership in Arizona,” said Fuhs.

Past automobile dealership projects by Sahara Inc. in Arizona total over $32 million and include: Arrowhead Honda, Bell Lexus, Berge Ford expansion, Arrowhead Dodge and Arrowhead Dodge Body Shop, Arrowhead Hyundai and Arrowhead Hyundai Service, Arrowhead Toyota, Larry Miller Mazda and Fiesta Lincoln Mercury.
