This project is approximately 66,000 SF of wood framed luxury condominiums for a total of 19 units. Included in the project is a bar and lounge area, locker rooms, a teen room, toddler room and lobby area. Hot tubs and a fountain were constructed on the upper level. This is the third and final phase of the Chateaux at Silver Lake in Deer Valley, Utah.
