This project consisted of the 102,895 sf addition of new structure to an existing WalMart, making the store a total of 221,589 sf. The project included the demolition of 50,000 sf of building to change over to a grocery store, relocation of all utilities, new and upgraded landscaping, addition of 1,300 parking spaces, tire lube express and garden center. |
