The Quantum Helicopter project consisted of a pre-engineered 120’ x 120’ clear-span metal hanger connected to a two-level office/classroom building at the Chandler Airport in Chandler, Arizona. The hanger was 14,285 sf, the office/classroom area was 7,858 sf and the parking/pavement area was 32,000 sf. The hanger was built of metal siding, while the office/classroom area had 8” scored and split-face finish CMU. This building houses a helicopter flight training facility. |
