The Megaplex 20 Theater at The District is a 210,000 s.f. building that includes 20 theaters, 7 eateries, 4 concessions areas, 3 dedicated conference rooms and 8 additional theaters that convert to conference rooms. The lobby area includes 2 large-screens that show athletic events, news segments, movie advertisements and satellite programs. We used ICF (insulated concrete forms) for the main wall structure of the building. The ICF supplier, Reward Wall, received awards on the Megaplex Project for having the largest ICF building built in the quickest time yet for a project that size.
