Sahara has a variety of projects in the early stages of development, and some ready for subcontractor bidding. A few of our projects are kept confidential until the Owner is ready to proceed. We invite subcontractors that have proven their ability to perform on similar projects to bid on our work.

Subcontractors that want to be added to our bidder list must complete a “Subcontractor Prequalification”.

Subcontractors that want to work on our projects must be willing to accept our “Standard Sahara Subcontract”.

Subcontractors working on our projects will be obligated to comply with our “Sahara Safety Policy”.

We offer a complete range of preconstruction services including estimating, scheduling, value-engineering, constructability analysis and life-cycle cost analysis. Our team looks for the right solution that will balance the demands of design, budget and quality.
