Sahara has a variety of projects in the early stages of development, and some ready for subcontractor bidding. A few of our projects are kept confidential until the Owner is ready to proceed. We invite subcontractors that have proven their ability to perform on similar projects to bid on our work.
Subcontractors that want to be added to our bidder list must complete a “Subcontractor Prequalification”.
Subcontractors that want to work on our projects must be willing to accept our “Standard Sahara Subcontract”.
Subcontractors working on our projects will be obligated to comply with our “Sahara Safety Policy”.

Sahara Inc. uses the “iSqFt” online construction plan room. Through iSqFt, we can distribute the drawings and specifications to invited subcontractors. We use iSqFt when the documents are developed enough for subcontractor bidding. If the documents are still in the early stages, we may choose to develop pricing based on historical data with input from a few selected subcontractors.
