The Mark Miller Toyota project included both new construction and renovation of an existing building. It is the only Gold-certified LEED® automobile dealership in Utah. The Service Bay, Customer Waiting Area and Showroom Areas were completely remodeled. New additions to the project include a state-of-the-art Mechanical Service facility, three-bay Express Lube, Car Wash, On-site Fueling Station, elevators and offices for management, sales staff and finance. Because of Mark Miller’s passion for green building, many unique aspects were incorporated, such as high-tech sun-tracking skylights, recycled floor tiles, corn woven into furniture fabrics, rainwater collection for washing cars and waterless urinals and low flow toilets, to name a few.
